Waited 2 weeks for a fuel control actuator for my 6.7 cummins part was defective engine would lope in drive replaced it with an OEM bosch actuator and problem was solved. i do not recommend buying sensor from GPD.

My fiancé recently bought an alternator from this company. The company sold him a bad alternator. He went back three days later to get a refund and they were unable to give him a refund who runs a business like this. This is crap before shopping with this company again, they need to learn how to sell items that are working, of course I wouldn’t recommend this company in the future

Call before you come to the location in reference to parts and have them physically verify that the part is available. They will tell you over the phone the part is available then you get to the location and it's not available. Parts may say available in the system but when you arrive PART is not available. Travel 2 1/2 hours paid for the part and was told to drive around back to pick up the part then was advised part not able to be located associate stated guess staff didn't get up to verify. If I could rate this experience definitely would've been a negative. Not a good first experience.

The seals on my a/c discharge hose were junk and blew out as soon as he started charging the system...thank God he had the right seals with the metal ring around the seal

These guys are awesome, prompt deliveries to our shop, quality parts and great customer service. The couple times we may have gotten a bad part they have gone out of there way to make it better!

Don't like to leave a bad review, but.......This place is not a problem, however, the Gpd (global parts distributors) brand of parts, especially their radiators are of poor quality. We are a repair shop and depend on good quality parts. Most radiators and a/c condensers either don't fit well or leak from new. If the radiator has an internal oil cooler, 80 percent of the time we use this brand, the fitings will either not be tight or will leak. If you want something quality, don't bother with this brand and just get an OEM part instead.

GPD is the best place to get everything you need for you air conditioning in your vehicle. The entire staff will get things done here with professionalism, and getting whatever part you need on the way if they don’t have it in stock.

Ordered a clutch system from this place and a day later the clutch system fell apart.i had to pay another mechanic to order a new clutch system and install... Global Parts refused to refund full amount to there DEFECTIVE PARTS...They charged me a restocking fee when the parts are no good and cant be restocked
