Glen's Car & Truck Parts

Called about an alternator Saturday paid right then for the part was told it would be done and need to be picked up by 3, 2:30 I call and it’s still not ready. So we called Monday afternoon and it still wasn’t ready, they offered us a different part with a broken plug at this point said absolutely not just give me my money back. Refused to do that and offered in store credit. WHAT ARE YOU OFFERING ME AN IN STORE CREDIT FOR WHEN I HAVEN’T EVEN RECEIVED A PART. It’s now Thursday STILL NO PART or return of any money. Literally got scammed by these clowns. Next person they ask for payment before you get or see the part run cause you won’t receive a part and they’ll just keep your money. Funny how it says add photo to review I would add a photo but you know I never actually received anything from them.

starting from the beginning, I contacted glens in regards to a Jaguar engine they had listed on car-parts. the engine was listed for 4295 but I made a deal with a josh as I had to drive all the way from Cleveland Ohio he agreed to do 4000$ …

Just went down to the shop a couple hours ago to get some wheels for my CRV. The wheels were in great shape, came with the lug nuts and center caps, and was about $30 cheaper per wheel than most of the ones on eBay. They had the best price …

Have been here MULTIPLE times for parts that are not in stock or damaged upon purchase. They take 40 minutes to bring the part that’s „out and ready”on the shelf. After all the wait you finally get the part and it’s not what they said it …

Went to Glens to pick up a part with my buddy. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped to locate a window motor for my 1999 toyota 4runner. A 25 year old truck, not many yards have trucks that old …

I had called looking for a back bumper from OHIO ,to where I did not have to take it off myself from the yard. The gentleman I talked to was Josh, he was very helpful and respectful, told me they had one that would fit my truck. When I entered there business I only delt with Josh, he went above and beyond helping me getting the bumper, Josh was even more respectful and helpful in person, he also did a few extra little things that made the front bumper look nice, I had a very nice experience going to Glen's and would recommend them all because of Josh, thank you Josh!

I meant to write this review a week ago but have been super busy. I came in last week looking for a headlight assembly for my truck, and the associate John was so helpful. I was a frazzled mess, but he took the time to calm me down and help …

Josh gave me a deal on a grill for my jeep! I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to make sure I was leaving with what I came for !! I couldn't have got it, if it weren't for them! Thank you so much! :)

It was great doing business with these guys. I do have to say that their mannerism, respect and professionalism was truly great. They were not disrespectful in any way, unlike many Other junkyards. It was also really easy to work with them and helped get what you need as much as possible

Very reasonable on prices also the parts were as if they were new. Didn’t take long to get my parts ( 10 min) and customer service is wonderful. Very family oriented atmosphere. My favorite parts store
