Do not leave stickers on random vehicles!!! That is vandalism and straight up disrespectful. Even if it wasn’t you personally that placed the sticker, it’s bad promotion!!! Do better!!

Extremely Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was bad enough to warrant a warning to others. From the moment I inquired about their services, I felt unwelcome and rushed. The staff made no effort to explain anything clearly and seemed more interested in ending the conversation than actually helping me. I was told I had to pay upfront for a part I hadn’t even seen — no written guarantee, no return policy, nothing in writing to protect the customer. The entire interaction left me feeling uneasy and unsure if I was being scammed or just completely ignored. There was absolutely no effort to make me feel comfortable or confident in their process. It’s as if customer service is an inconvenience for them. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual service or warranty issues. The whole experience felt unprofessional and borderline shady. This place either needs serious customer service training or a complete overhaul of how they run their business.

The customer phone service is terrible. I called looking for a transmission for my car. They had one in stock so I asked for the mileage and the guy told me he doesn’t know and that he doesn’t know when it will be in the computer so I said OK fine I hung up. I called back later because someone else advised me that I could get the VIN number and I could look up the VIN number online for the State Inspection to get the last mileage so I called back and asked for that and he got an attitude with me and said all the mileage will be high, no matter what because of the old car it was very rude.

Bought a used 3.0 toyota engine outside cosmetics is one thing but to sell and engine full and sludge with tons of crap in the pick tube is really not cool might aswell have bought a core for how much work this thing needs
