Giant Imports

I purchased a transmission from Giant Imports on October 10, 2025, and paid in full. I was told at the time of purchase that the transmission came with a 90-day warranty. I picked up the transmission and had it installed within 30 days. When I had it programmed by a TCM specialist, I was informed the transmission had very high usage hours, even though Mike told me it was a low-mileage transmission. I accepted that and moved forward, but once I attempted to drive the vehicle, the transmission slipped immediately on takeoff. I contacted Mike and was told to bring it back and they would get me another transmission ASAP. That was over 8 weeks ago, and I still have not received a replacement. Every time I call, I get the runaround—either they’re short staffed, the transmission is on the way, or they couldn’t get to it because of the holidays. When I asked about a refund, I was told there are absolutely no refunds, and when I asked to speak to a manager or owner, I was told Mike is the only person in charge. They should not advertise a warranty if they are unable to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable timeframe. I recommend doing business elsewhere. If they provide a working transmission or resolve this fairly, I will consider updating my rating.

I bought a motor for my 2004 F 150 5.4L back in December, paid my Mechanic to install it, the motor was knocking!! Took the Truck back to Giants, they were going to see if they could fix the problem, they said it would cost took much to …

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Giant Imports Junkyard! I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience at Giant Imports Junkyard, I felt compelled to share just how impressed I was. From start to finish, this place exceeded every expectation I had — and then some! I came in looking for a specific part — a sunroof assembly — for my vehicle. I had already been calling around to several places, and not only was Giant Imports the only one who had exactly what I needed, but they were also incredibly fast and professional in helping me get it taken care of. From the first phone call, their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. They immediately located the part, confirmed the details, and had it ready for me when I arrived What stood out most to me was their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I never once felt like “just another sale.” The biggest surprise? They installed the sunroof for me on-site! I wasn’t expecting that kind of full-service treatment, but they offered it without hesitation — and at a price that was way more reasonable than I thought it would be. The technician took the time to ensure everything was properly sealed, aligned, and tested before handing the keys back. I left there not just with a part, but with peace of mind. I had checked around with other junkyards, mechanics, and dealerships, and no one came close to what I paid here. They’re not just affordable; they’re honest and fair, and that makes a huge difference. In an age where good service is getting harder to find, Giant Imports Junkyard is a breath of fresh air. They combine efficiency, affordability, and true customer care in a way that’s becoming rare. Whether you're hunting for parts or needing expert help with installation, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole team at Giant Imports! I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be telling everyone I know to skip the overpriced shops and head straight to you. Keep up the fantastic work!

I have pulled 4 motors from Wrench-a-part, each and every one of them fired right up and ran strong. At $460. To avoid heat stroke and the fact I really didn't want to pull another one I went to giant after shopping around. Now the motors …

Giant Imports was awesome to work with. They set me up with a solid NAG1 722.6 transmission with 88k, for my 2013 Dodge Charger Pursuit. What I really appreciated was being able to pick it up directly — way better than dealing with shipping. Pricing was fair, service was professional, and the transmission has been great so far. Definitely recommend them if you need quality parts and good people to deal with.

First time calling this place and Mike helped me out. Cheap parts and friendly service. Thanks again
