I purchased a transmission from Giant Imports on October 10, 2025, and paid in full. I was told at the time of purchase that the transmission came with a 90-day warranty. I picked up the transmission and had it installed within 30 days. When I had it programmed by a TCM specialist, I was informed the transmission had very high usage hours, even though Mike told me it was a low-mileage transmission. I accepted that and moved forward, but once I attempted to drive the vehicle, the transmission slipped immediately on takeoff. I contacted Mike and was told to bring it back and they would get me another transmission ASAP. That was over 8 weeks ago, and I still have not received a replacement. Every time I call, I get the runaround—either they’re short staffed, the transmission is on the way, or they couldn’t get to it because of the holidays. When I asked about a refund, I was told there are absolutely no refunds, and when I asked to speak to a manager or owner, I was told Mike is the only person in charge. They should not advertise a warranty if they are unable to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable timeframe. I recommend doing business elsewhere. If they provide a working transmission or resolve this fairly, I will consider updating my rating.

I have pulled 4 motors from Wrench-a-part, each and every one of them fired right up and ran strong. At $460. To avoid heat stroke and the fact I really didn't want to pull another one I went to giant after shopping around. Now the motors …

Giant Imports was awesome to work with. They set me up with a solid NAG1 722.6 transmission with 88k, for my 2013 Dodge Charger Pursuit. What I really appreciated was being able to pick it up directly — way better than dealing with shipping. Pricing was fair, service was professional, and the transmission has been great so far. Definitely recommend them if you need quality parts and good people to deal with.

Called About an Engine that’s all the neighboring business have for 600$ , He wanted 600 bucks , but 2 of the Engine parts were broken . I asked him for a discount & he said “go buy there motors” . If that’s their attitude , it speak a lot about them .

Called multiple shops and ultimately got referred to this one. I was able to find an intact engine cable harness for my 2001 Toyota Camry. Would absolutely come to this shop for parts again!
