It was super easy to drop off a non working vehicle

I called to check hours today as storms have rolled through, lady said open till 3pm. I get there and she asks what I have. I said a tire rim and other shred scrap metal. She said go to the “can” building and I go and assuringly say to the guys that theyre finished soon as it was almost 3, they said nope open till 5….ok. I go to leave and the lady says “they didnt weigh you at the can building” i said no the tire rim was steel and the rest was shred scrap too. Turns out she DIDNT weigh me going in?! Then had me GUESS how much! Not wanting to take advantage, i said the minimum so I walked out with $6 whole dollars. I rushed there to make it by 3pm then had to play the clown guess your weight game. Give me a break. These people are lazy crooks. Don’t go here.

Took 2 loads of scrap aluminum one was larger then the other the tear weight was different for same truck and trailer I guess could have been gas rounded down 20 pounds ok one load was a good bit bigger tell me how the weight was exactly …

Ripped off. Trying to sell my copper and Asked the guy helping me what the bin weighed before using the scale. And he says 118. But my number one copper has 175 taken off. Nothing else should have been taken off. Watch out

Always Painless and friendly

I guess I picked a bad day to do business here because rude would be an understatement!!! Didn't appreciate being interrogated about where my scrap metal came from. Made to feel like a criminal and I even asked if I needed to fill out some kind of form stating where it came from for the authorities.. never will go here again!!
