I didn’t get a name of the guy I spoke with on the phone, but I was told the hatch for my Subaru would be ready Saturday morning when I got there. It was not ready. The guy at the counter Darren tried telling me it would be ready Monday morning (The guy that took my order, apparently does not work Saturdays ) I told him I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there which is absolutely true and they went out and got the part for me right away Which I was more than pleased with! Thank you again, Darren. I really appreciate your help!!!

Very friendly and helpful people work there. They were able to fulfill the request of my wife and I and at the same time were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you very much Darren! Kind regards from the Swiss couple

This is not a yard where you can pull your own parts. Very misleading pictures. They should probably specify that somewhere on their website before people waste their time.

I have gone to them 3 times. My first 2 times the person i spoke to on the phone was always rude for no reason. I figured what ever I know customer service can be hard. This last time was actually a pleasant conversation on the phone. The problem comes in that they had 4 hours to pull the part (20 minute job) and know I was coming from almost 2 hours away yet they couldn't even let me know that the part they had turned out wasnt good and I waisted 4 hours for nothing.

The gang at General Auto Salvage is top notch. Very happy to help in any way they can. I drove over 3 hours to purchase a major item site unseen and I was very happy to find it in far better condition than I had imagined. The price was very reasonable as well. I will make the trip again for that level of service.

We've dealt with many salvage yards, this is a good one, great staff, they do what they say they're going to do. Would recommend.
