Found Gardner Auto Parts online when looking for a fender and bumper cover in the same color as my vehicle. Gardner Auto Parts was by far the best auto part yard I have ever worked with. They were receptive to my phone call, answered all of my questions, and were more than happy to work with me remotely to put my parts aside. I paid a deposit several weeks before I travelled to get the parts and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. They were transparent through the process and very enjoyable to work with. When I arrived at Gardner I was in and out within 15 minutes, my parts were in perfect condition as advertised. I would work with Gardner Auto Parts again in a heartbeat.

The customer service that’s on the phone. It has to be the most worst experience customer service I could ever receive from a company. This company has to be the worse. I’m asking is questions and when the part will be ready for me to pick up for my vehicle. The guy on the phone is very argumentative. I was never rude to him. All I’m asking him is when will the part be ready? I spoke to him a day previously regarding this information he told me he would try to have the part ready by the ending of that day, and I tried to follow up with him the next day and the customer service was just terrible. He told me to go buy the parts somewhere else. I hope that the person that’s answering on the phone does not own this company cause if it is this has to be the worst customer service ever.

Spoke with Ryan on phone about hatch back i saw on a website for my Tiburon. He agreed he agreed to send it freight even though he normally wouldn't for this type of part. The day it arrived and before I saw it I spoke with Ryan and he sent me pics of it and I was surprised that it was red and I thought the one I had ordered was white. After going back to site I realized I had ordered the wrong stock # Ryan said he had the white one and would exchange it but he's 5 hours away and shipping is expensive. Ryan then asked if I was in a hurry for part because (this was in late October early November ) he and his family would be traveling to the mountains and would be coming through close to my area on Christmas. So on Christmas he left Florida and I met him at exit on 95 in Ga. and he brought me the white hatch back at zero charge. I tried to pay him 100 for his trouble but he refused. This was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. Was a true pleasure meeting and doing business with Ryan.

Went there about 2 weeks ago to replace a faulty battery in my girlfriend's car. Super nice guys, especially Junior. Very matter of fact, as you'd want someone dealing with cars to be. They even went above and beyond removing the core with me, which they did not have to solve they were down a few guys that day. Highly recommend
