I do not recommend buying parts from this shop. A couple of weeks ago, I bought an ABS module that turned out to be defective and unusable. When I returned it, they refused to refund my money and only offered store credit. I later used that credit to buy a car door, which was overpriced. After taking it to my body shop and removing the parts, we discovered that the door was in very bad condition internally. When I contacted the seller, he told me to “have your buddy fix it” and refused to accept a return or issue a refund. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to poor-quality parts, unfair pricing, and a lack of customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Was looking at buying multiple parts for my car called they gave me a very high price for a seatbelt that was more than new from the dealer. I was gonna ask about some more parts I needed but they hung up immediately after I told them the seatbelt was more expensive than the dealer. I wouldn’t waste your time calling. They don’t want your business if they just hang up.

I would not recommend this junk yard. They sold us a part that turned out to be completely unusable, and when I tried to return it, they refused to give my money back. The quality of the parts they sell is very poor, and their customer service is even worse. They don’t stand behind what they sell, and the way they handle returns is unprofessional. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually checks their parts and respects their customers.

I came for a motor and had a cash in hand but there was this man i did not know his name but my husband wanted to try the compression for the motor but he said he did not have time for that and he was mad. So we did not buy from them . Would not recommend. Had terrible customer service. I mostly never leave bad review.

Ordered from GM Used Auto Parts all the way from San Antonio and was blown away by how smooth it went. The new manager was so helpful—found a part I couldn’t find anywhere in town, pulled it for free, and shipped it out the same day. Got it in two days and it worked perfectly.
