Came for a quick service at 7:00AM with the hopes that shuttle would take me back home to work before 8:00AM. I was told that “shuttle would take me if the driver is available” (?) I had to call my wife to pick me up thanks god we live in 10 mins distance. Never thinking of coming back to here again! Edit: they called me around 8:18AM for shuttle service, which I said I am already at home to work. Asked for pickup, which they replied “we don’t offer pickup anymore”. I wrote the first review at the drop off time so it may be a retaliation. 2 hours later they said they wouldn’t perform the free tire rotation unless they replace the lug nuts for $200. Retaliation may being performed by the shop or not just be aware. Updated to 1-star accordingly.

Just wanted to have my 13 month old Mopar battery checked because it seems to be dead. Parts said take it to Service, Service said take it to parts. Then they wanted me to leave it there. What a joke! Do yourself a favor and stop at O’Reilly’s or AutoZone for a free test done in minutes. Do yourself a bigger favor and NEVER buy a $288 Mopar battery from frisco CDJR! Go buy a Interstate Battery for half the cost with the same 36 warranty. It’s beyond me why anyone would deal with such an anti-customer climate as Frisco CDJR service department.
