Fenix Parts, Inc. - Corporate Office (NOT A PARTS PICK UP LOCATION)

Service on the phone is good when ordering parts. However anytime it come to paying for stuff, none of the payment processing works!!! then they want you to send copies of drivers license to some random number. All seem so sketch!! Last 3 times I placed orders - every order for just one part took over an hour!! This is absolutely absurd!! Hate calling here. I feel they may be violating Privacy Policy act as well - sending my personal license data to random number. You guys need to fix these issues!!! I order parts all over the US and just plug in my info and its done. Why they heck is your process so grueling? your Customer hates doing business with you. Turn it around and fix the problem. One of you office managers do a test call through the 800 number and place an order for a part and go through the order process and find out how tough it is to order a part! You put your customers through a battle just trying to get 1 parts. Insane

Bob is an excellent representative of this company. Great customer service and care. He is very welcoming and his customer service is the excellent. He provides this company with great value.

Horrible company and even worse warranty on there product! Stay far away from this company. Jim in Florida is a liar and could not produce documents stating a lifted truck has no warranty after we were promised a 3 year 100k coverage... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Renee / Shelby Herring is a great asset to this company, she does get things done!

Bad service from the company, I have had a problem with the transmission since October 2024. To date, they have not resolved my refund. They just throw the ball at each other and when they are worried, they fire the seller and the others …

Bad company….:tried to get some part…bad idea….they send me the wrong part 3 times….every week they send me something wrong….they can’t get it right…..lack of communication inside the company, it’s crazy…you can’t reach no one on the phone, except your agent….and the agent can’t get no one the phone also…..it’s how bad the company is.

Evelyn is always so helpful when ordering parts for our shop. She always tries to find the cheapest prices for us and always finds everything we need. If you ever need to find anything I recommend you to ask for her you won’t be disappointed!!

Its been exactly one month today since I ordered a hood and a bumper. The hood showed up today, looked terrible, and the bumper is still sitting there in NY apparently. It's been there a whole month and they didn't think to ship it out!? I tried to ask them when I could get the item and I was rudely told that it wasn't their fault that the carrier didn't pick it up. If you're a professional shop and enjoy doing business with other professional people, I'd shop elsewhere.

This company doesn't hold up to its warranties claims. They owe me over $2000 in labor warranty claims for 2 bad engines they supplied. I've been waiting months and have called them over 20 times and they act like nothing ever happened. …

This review is for Fenix SE. I had ordered a driver knee airbag for dodge durango which was suppose to come with the cover. Only the airbag came so I had reached out to the sales rep Cary Blackwell. She said she will reach out to me and I have been calling her for past week and left messages but no response. After multiple try's I decided to talk to another sales rep (skipper). He said he will look into it and call me back If I don't hear from someone within a hour call back. It's been 2 days and when I call back I keep on getting transfered. 2 stars cause when ever I spoke to Cary and skipper they both were nice and had good service but cant seem to resolve this issue
