Selena has no communication skills . Placed an order for pickup, payed on advance, send a driver 140 miles round trip with express carrier in order to find out the part is not even availebla at that location. SMH. This is the perce t way to gain 1 star reviews and loose credibility. Now she will avoid speaking with me in order to schedule pickup or delivery hold time over 15 min with no answer while all other service reps answer within 1 minute, how old are we?!?!

Horrible experience placed the order paid immediately after I called was told it’ll be available. The next day drove over an hour to Gainesville Georgia to pick it up. They said they didn’t process it yet. Then they said it’ll be ready …

I needed a cradle for a Dodge place to order and was told that it will be delivered the next morning. As the morning pass I called Jon who had the worst customer service ever could not tell me where the cradle was and I had to keep calling him and he never called back. Call back to speak to somebody else and ask for the manager which I left a phone call from Marty and he never called back. Long story short I never received my cradle that was on Friday today is Wednesday nobody has reached out to me so that shows me how much they care about future customers. I guess Thank you for this experience so I will not waste my time in the future. What a waste of time 👎👎

They are super busy all the time which is great for them and shows me that they are reliable and well priced. Was on hold for less than 5 minutes. And they had the parts I needed at a reasonable price.

Ordered Parts on Wednesday which were supposed to be delivered by Friday morning. Did not receive the parts on Friday so I called to check on where the driver was. I was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Monday comes, still no parts so I called again. I was told the parts would arrive by 1pm. By 3pm still no parts. We called again and were told they have no way of contacting their drivers. Its now Tuesday, we've been calling all day and still have not received our parts or any answers as to where they are. I will NEVER order from this company again and do not recommend anyone else do so either. I've never heard of a business not being able to contact their delivery drivers. Absolutely terrible experience! Sales Rep name was John.

Awful experience. I ordered part on the phone and was assured they were in good condition without defects and proceeded to drive 4 hours round trip to pick them up. Turns out one of the air intakes needed for my Infinity had broken tabs preventing the box from sealing and the other was the wrong intake entirely from another car, which was ALSO broken with a large hole in the box. They would not send a refund unless I drive the broken parts back to the warehouse in another 4 hour round trip venture and said I could get a refund if I took pics of their broken parts next to my current broken parts...which I can't do because the car is now at the Infinity dealer waiting on new factory parts from Japan, which is going to take 3 weeks. In short I got ripped off for $250 and 4 hours of drive time.

Marty was so easy to work with. I really enjoyed having someone kind work with me. His sense of humor is refreshing! CTV has top notch service and awesome prices, too!! Will definitely work with them for years to come!
