Ewing Subaru of Plano Parts Center

Subaru service center needs to do better with scheduling. Took my Ascent to a scheduled windshield replacement that was confirmed just a few days prior, just to be told the appointment was not made. Plus there was no loaner car, so it took two people to drive over 30 miles to be turned away. That was 2 people's time away from work, 2 car tolls, 2 car mileage and gas. Yet nothing was accomplished. The service center needs to do better.

Will never buy from this place. If you want more money for your trade-in, go somewhere else. Offer me 20k for my SUV. …

I buy parts online and pick up from this location. Friendly staff, great customer service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended dealer.
