We are a shop. We ordered a part in which they told us they had the right part. They sent us the wrong part and now refuse to come and pick it up and refund the part like they told us they would do. They are lazy liars and cannot follow through on what they say they are going to do. Not to mention not having the capability to check to make sure it's the right part before wasting time sending the wrong part. Pepe also told us we don't know what we are doing even though we have been in business for over 20 years. He is arrogant and rude and a narcissist. Do not go here. The parts are not reliable and all they worry about is money. The ONLY reason he gave me was that he didn't want to pay a delivery driver. Like I said. All they care about is money. They do not care about you.....the customer.
