I purchased a part months ago from this place. I Sent it back on my dime, very dissatisfied, as the part is poor condition.This seller has very bad communication. I’ve been getting the runaround since then. I’ve been very patient with him, now I just got ghosted on messenger. I was told he would send me a undamaged part or refund my money. At this date he rudely told me that he still hasn’t opened the box that he received two months ago because of his "personal" issues. Stay away from this place as I was ripped off $150. Plus the shipping cost to ship back. Very bad seller!

They have amazing customer service! I had written a post in a parts group asking for sway bars and the hardware associated for installation. Josh commented a couple hours later and said he had everything I needed. He provided pictures of the lot and everything he keeps from pervious cars. Every step of the way he made sure to send me a video explaining what he’s doing and what he’s going to do. He actually sanded down and spray painted the parts saving me a trip to Lowe’s. The prices were fair and worth it in the long run since the customer service is top notch.

Great place to get parts from and they've got parts listed on eBay as well. They have incredible customer service and a willingness to help that is unrivaled. Josh is a solid guy with a passion for mustang. Exactly what you want in a parts distributor. Would rate 10 stars if possible.

Was told by the owner to contact him for parts i needed. he was real helpful for about 15 minutes online and told me he’d get back with me in a few minutes. messaged him the next day and he told me to email him instead, didn’t hear back from him until he saw a post i made that i was still looking for the parts i need to fix my car. he told me he wouldn’t help me if i was going to continue looking for parts. came across as very rude and unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to actually help. unhappy with how customer service is handled here.

Bought strange center section at great price and communication was excellent. Followed package all the way to door step and was a pleasure to work with. This is a seller that can be trusted!! Highly recommend.

Love this place! The guy there, Josh, is super helpful and gave us great and detailed tips. His YouTube channel is EncoreMPW, go check that out and there are so many mustangs there, tons and tons of parts to slavage! Great place and I'll be returning!

I have had 6 mustangs and ive me Josh at Encore since I've had my first mustang. He has not let me down once from a convertible top with engine and all screws and components, to an entire trunk undercarriage because mines rusted out on my 96. Highly recommended if your a ford guy.
