Excellent service! I needed a front bumper assembly, and Dan went above and beyond—he even sent me pictures before delivering the part, all while short on drivers. The part arrived in great condition, exactly as described and looks like new. I really appreciate the communication and professionalism. I’ve never experience anything like it! It was easier than ordering a pizza. Sale person by the name of Michael Knight was the closest thing to actually walking in myself. I like the caring and personal experience feeling that I got because he kept me abreast w text and got me what I needed within 10-15 min of me asking him. I will be using you guys from now on

I ordered a door for my car hoping that the color would match and was in good shape. Mike K was good on his word. The door came in and matches perfectly. The condition was in excellent shape. I would buy from them again I forgot to mention that people should look for the color code on the car and give that to them. It makes life easier

Love doing business with EL&M, have bought many parts from them and they are quality. Mostly deal with Dan and Mike and Chris, recently got a 2019 Kona hood in the exact paint code I needed, it was perfect.
