The best place in the csra to go for used auto parts. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they know what they have and what will fit what. Pricing better than pull a part and you don't have to pull the part. Make this your first stop for used parts

I needed my taillight replaced and had gone to two different places before coming to Duke’s. They were not very helpful and made me feel dumb for not knowing a lot of specifics about my car because I am a younger girl. When I came to Duke’s, Duke was very welcoming and super considerate! He helped me out no problem and the price was extremely fair compared to the other places I had tried to go to or call. In all I would totally come back here and take the 40 minute drive, over any other place!!! :)

Went with one of my sons to get a window for his first truck. Tons and tons of parts vehicles to choose from. Staff was great. The prices were awesome and we will be going back more and more in the future as we fix up both my sons' first …

I can’t recommend this place. I needed a a distributor for my car so, I walked in to inquire about one and he pointed across his floor at a massive pile of dusty parts and said there may be one over there. Cool I thought. Shuffled through them and found one that may have worked. Walked over to ask him how much and he said 75 bucks!!!! Doesn’t even know if it works and won’t refund money if it doesn’t. Just store credit. I explained that I can get a brand new one with warranty for that. He then replied by kind of shrugging his shoulders in a careless fashion. So here’s my problem, u would rather let it sit over there and collect dust than to sell it for a reasonable competitive price? Is this not a scrap yard? Isn’t that how old junk works? Charge a small amount for something worthless to you? How is this place still open? Don’t go here. Go anywhere but here.

I've been going to Dukes for years for the most part never had an issue. Customer service availability of parts and pricing were always exceptional. As a result I was asked if I was interested in removing an engine from one car to another since I own already the same type and is familiar with the work. That being said I'm a master mechanic been turning wrenches over 30 years professionally in military and civilian life. And have done R&R countless times I accepted the job. The job usually cost $2,000 but we agreed on $500 cash and I wanted the transmission out for myself which I been searching for. So began. The donor car we crank and ran to verify its good. And it did run but had a rattle, but they said was ok because haven't run bout a year. It was a wrecked. And the car it going into engine he said they couldn't get it to crank it ran hot and blew up. But after better battery and jump pack it finally turned over but the starter was awful sounding. And he looked surprised it did. This is going to be important . Neverless began the swap. They cut out doner engine In 30 min cut harness broke few sensors, etc.no big deal. I took out mine professionally. 6hrday. Next day donor engine balancers torn up due to belt . Did swap. And various other thing I saw. Asked if was anything else want while engine was out said his parts guy take care of simple stuff just put engine in car. Great! Another 6hrday. 3rd day engine and frame going up into the maxima. Now ready to start..... power to dash, key on no turnover. Nothing. Go looking to give info was told he left to get tooth pulled. Said nothing to me just 30 min prior when I told him I'm about to crank it up. Hmmmmm? but now you gone. Had to wait to get paid next day. But when i said it won't crank cran, he became rude.and out of character whom I've delt with 4years. He said will not pay till it cranks. I went back to check over my work make sure everything was hooked up. Then tried again and it turned over but no start. Bad starter perhaps. Walked in to office to show him even tho he said he heard it. We went out together tried again.... and nothing. At this point I said my job with R&R is done. Wich he announced b4 we started that car usually said nothing. it has an intermediate cranking problem. Told me change the starter, I told him he told me his guys take care of simple stuff. My job was done. I asked to be paid first and was willing to solve new issue. WHich is preexisting and he knew it.his guys are capable of doing the work on the clock but hired me instead. Saying nobody wanted to do it. And I'm the Un knowing sucker. There in business of selling used engines and know very well how R&R swaps work. Engine started and ran in wrecked car had same cranking issues once moved. My job ended once removing and replacing was completed and everyone was happy, done quickly professionally. But don't want to pay. thats bad business. Trying to be slick and get over. I've been more happy solve issues but I didt create that problem. I did alot of work for nothing. I'm I wrong ? UPDATE. After about a week I returned a phone call and discussed the situation that occurred and all is well and Mr. Dukes paid me my monies. He was under the impression that after the car wouldn't start I was just done and was going to walk out. I said no. I just wanted him to understand that the car had another issue. Not rated to me and fixing that issue was not my responsibility. Till after I was paid for initial job. He said tgey fixed it which was a simple fuse. And car runs great. But I need to return and adjust the steering wheel I s off a bit. To I agreed definitely doing . Asap. Im very pleased we as men came to a understanding and remain professional and continue doing business. And avoiding a silly miscommunication. Also I intend on buying that transmission after holidays He offered to me at a great price! Thank you family owned Dukes.
