If I could give this place less stars I would. This is the worst parts place I have ever delt with. I chose this place because the guy said 2 days on my transmission, but it took a week. Every time I called for an ETA, they gave me attitude and told me it will be there when he calls me. Then the transmission I get is defective. Send it back and try to get more information about the process and ETA on the other transmission and the guy acts like I'm bothering him and hangs up! Worse service ever. Save money, time, and a headache and go somewhere else. Never again will I use this sorry excuse for a Parts Dealer.

Called about a hard-to-find part and the salesman said it would take a couple of days. So, I provided my credit card number and waited to hear back from them. I've called every week for the last 3 weeks and have been told it hasn't arrived yet. Every time I called, the guy couldn't wait to get off the phone. Checked credit card account and saw the amount wasn't charged yet, so I called to ask about the order today. Luckily, I didn't talk to the same salesman. Was told since they hadn't charged my card yet, they hadn't been able to find the part. The person on the phone then asked the salesman about the order - he claims he never took such an order - an outright lie. Unreal.

They do not honor the 90-day warranty. Bought a rebuilt transmission and had it professionally installed and it burnt out within 50 miles. They refused to honor the warranty. Adam was very little help, wouldn’t return my call and refused to send me a copy of the bill and warranty. Beware of doing business with us this company!!

I grew up working on cars with my dad. He taught me one thing - used parts are sometimes just as good as new parts! I am forever grateful for Deluxe Auto Parts. We were desperately looking for a YAW sensor for our Hummer H3. One phone call and not only did Deluxe have it, they removed it for me. Put it in the Hummer and it worked perfectly! Saved me so so much money and time. Check with them before you buy manufacturer!!! THANK YOU Deluxe!!!
