This place wasted my day trying to acquire a part. The inventory said they had it, but apparently no so when you show up. The old guy with the goatee and Harley Davison hat behind the counter has zero people skills and was zero help. The only plus was the young man who pulls parts. He genuinely seemed to want to help, thus the two stars. He pointed me to the salvage yard next door. They didn't have the part but were helpful in finding it online somewhere else. Overall, every part I needed was cheaper from Y-Yard in Effingham.

Awesome place, really great friendly stuff that always goes out their way to help every customer. Always great service and best prices. Thank you for doing such a great work

Have bought many parts from this company great customer service

Was told to get a starter I had to put a deposit, so I paid for the starter itself & was told they would call me when they got it off & they never called and closed the store for the day after I was told I would get it in 20 minutes

Ordered a hood and fender told them what color and condition i needed and what i got was not even close and cost more than the one i ended up with in better condition, they wanted to argue about it when i brought it to their attention. Poor showing with the customer service on that transaction.
