My family had a horrible experience I give no stars to customer service. My brother is mentally disabled and asked for help the heavy white guy at the desk. The employee talked to him like he was stupid and tried to argue with him he didn't argue back he just walked away so my wife tried to help him but before she finished her sentence he was already saying nope,nope,nope. She wasn't even asking a yes or no question. I went in and was the only one at the counter he sat with feet proped up on the desk on the phone just looked at me sideways and didn't acknowledge me for a couple minutes then looked up n said he is coming, rudely. I asked for his first name he said I don't have to give it to you. Kept saying why why. I said because I need to do a customer service review. He said why why and no. So never gave his name . This happened on December 29th at 11:30. I'm trying to reach someone to make a complaint but I got sent in a circle then told obviously he isn't here so do you want the voice mail. Just a horrible experience I was really sick trying to get a tire to go see my daughter cause I didn't have a way to see her for Christmas. The bigger guy with glasses was nice to well at least he wasn't rude I would say.

Terrible Service! My dad called to get some parts, and they were very rude and told him that he did not want his BUSINESS!!! He went to a place in Danville and they were 20 cheaper on each part and he didnt have to wait to get what he needed. Terrible Customer Service!

I called to order a part and specifically confirmed beforehand that I could broker the shipment using my own label. I was told that would be fine. Five days later, after checking on the status of my order, I was informed that they do not accept customer labels—contradicting what I was originally told. This miscommunication resulted in unnecessary delays and a frustrating waste of time. To be clear, Rashad, the employee I spoke with, was professional and courteous throughout the process. My issue is not with him but with the management and lack of consistency in their policies. Clearer communication and follow-through from the decision-makers would have saved both sides time and effort.

Purchased some seats. They were very upfront on the condition, took photos and explained in detail the defects. Open and Honest. Shipping from VA to MN was fair. They were packaged in a ton of bubble wrap then in black waterproof wrap. Very professional and customer service is 10x better than what most big box stores offer.

As a company, I will say these guys are the absolute worse. Did a warranty job for them, received the check for almost $6400, and they did a stop payment after I received it. After over 3 weeks of Trying to reach anyone to resolve the issue, I am still getting the run around. Highly recommend you find someone that stands behind their product. Horrible people to do business with. These 5 star reviews must be left by employees to cover the real customer reviews
