Joyce was amazing! U-Haul completely screwed us, and she called and got everything figured out and even came after hours to help my husband! She was a life saver!

We used the U-Haul service with them and they were AMAZING! They went completely above and beyond helping us in our time of need. They were very polite and helpful! If I could give them.more than 5 stars I would!!

My experience in renting a Uhaul with Croteau Auto Parts was wonderful! Joyce Croteu made everything easier and was very pleasant. She helped me change my reservation so that I did not have to go to a second location to pick up the trailer reservation. She also had a smaller truck available and a motorcycle trailer which is what I really needed. Joyce had someone hook up the trailer so fast it was done before I could finish the paperwork! A very pleasant experience!

I rent a U-haul utility trailer from Croteau Auto Parts regularly. I always look forward to walking into a calm and respectful atmosphere at their shop. Robert and Joyce are knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to work with you politely. I'll continue to be a customer for Croteau Auto Parts!

Great Family owned/run business!! Honest, thorough, and fair; you barely ever see that anymore!! I used to live closer, and it’s the only place I’d take my Company truck for Inspection, but now I always save filling up on gas while I’m in The Kingdom to go see them and say Hi. This is a good place to do Business!!

Simply put, the owner Robert Croteau, is the rudest person that I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. He was as unhelpful and unnecessarily nasty as a person in the service industry could be. When I asked a few locals if this was par for the course with him or if I'd caught him on a bad day they all laughed and said that he held a position on the selectboard and lorded it over everyone, causing fellow members to resign and often being exceptionally rude during their meetings to taxpayers with legitimate concerns. Apparently, he is a part of a large network of family and has been voted in many years running and people just accept this sort of behavior. What a disappointment- there should be a warning sign on his shop door- enter if you'd like to be talked down to- simply throw your money in and don't have the audacity to ask questions!
