I needed a master window switch for a 2005 Ram. They had a few around that year and it worked out. It’s about the same price as ebay with the difference that I get it now. It is a diy - bring your own tools kind of place. The people working there were very nice and helpful. Got to see some cool old trucks!

Dishonest people i had called over the phone and got quoted $25. Got there checked in and got my part. Came back and the person wanted 50 dollars. For a junk part after install didnt work. Wouldn't except an exchange even. Save ur money unlike me Go to B&R much better service

Horrible Customer Service ! Went in to get help with looking for a Window Switch, he took my ID and told me to go through the gates and figure it out myself ! I have no knowledge on cars at all and needed help and both employees just stared at each other and didn’t give one damn ! Said I had to figure it out myself! They need to retrain their employees on customer service and just some common decency!
