They are selling defective engines, I will never go there again. I'm going to get my money back anyway, I just wanted to let you know. And he said it would take about 10 minutes, but I waited about 40 minutes to get my refund.

This is the first time I have ever felt the need to review a place, unfortunately. So after a moderate wait to get in touch with someone, I had a phone conversation looking for a part and clarifying that they had it on hand. There were two possible options, they said they had both on hand. I asked if I could match my current one up to make sure I received the correct one, they said yes. I explained that for my job, I am rarely in town, so didn't know until usually the day of, if I would be able to make it in... also mentioned that I lived farther away, they said not a problem. Fast forward roughly a week, I had some time to make it there during their difficult to make business hours. Took me roughly 4 hours round trip, and over $30 in gas, only to walk in and be told that they don't have the parts on hand, they are at a sister location, a state away. After that, they also told me that they wouldn't have pulled it same day anyways. I mentioned how far I drove, after having a phone conversation with a representative the week prior, they didn't even apologize for the lack of communication or anything. Needless to say if I was supposed to know without saying that they don't pull parts same day, and that they would lie to me about having a part on hand for me to check... they are not someone I would recommend doing business with. They should also know without me saying to them, that this review would be posted, and that I will never do any business with them. I guess the only redeeming quality was that since no one was rude, they deserve one star.

I often visit them to get some special parts for our repair shop. Tennessee is a sales person I always look for. She always patiently listened to my concerns and asked the right questions to point me in the right direction. She always helps finding me several options that fit my budget and requirements.

Never on time with parts if they Even get you the right parts the first time. Pretty over priced for used parts gotta pay before they make you wait days and days for parts. They have like 2 sales people trying to run the whole state. Got rid of the whole staff for some reason so it's so hard to talk to someone. But the lil old lady in the back who handles money I think is a gem.

I only go to Tennessee for my parts. She makes sure they’re of quality and not damaged before being sent out. Goes above and beyond to do her job and sometimes others as well. Someone give her a raise!

I have been doing business with brothers prior to Fenix for abt 15 years but my latest experience has me severing ties with them they’re rude, unprofessional and they definitely do not value you as a customer

Great place to get quality parts. I had a great experience with Tennessee she knew exactly what parts I needed and she did a fantastic job she is sweet and pleasant to be around she deserves a raise if u ask me
