Very rude, unprofessional, and no good for their word. Was told they had all parts we needed. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't have what we needed and tried to argue about what he told us, until we showed him messages of the conversation. Waited 3 1/2 hours for them to pull a part that they told us would take 25-30 mins. And then the employee damaged the part when pulling it. So now we are in same boat as we started, and just wasted the time and money for these sorry individuals. Be advised, don't trust anything they say and don't waste your time.
