Completely rude to customers, lazy dont want to help. (Unless youre a female) if your a male they treat you like youre bothering them, even though all they do is sit on their butt smoking cigarettes indoors (thats legal right?)

After I called in what I needed , I got there and paid. While waiting for my item(glass) some other customers came in. They immediately started on there order(4 tires). they don’t take the parts off other vehicles until you pay… I asked how much longer it would be and was told I would have to wait for them to help the other people that came in AFTER me with no explanation of why when I had been there paid and had been patiently waiting.

Friendly and fast with getting the parts you need taken off junk vehicles. Pricing is decent as well.

The staff was direct and helpful; I went in looking for a small random part for the back of my Jetta headlight. And they had it! This would have been five stars if the staff followed their own nonsmoking signs because I needed a shower to get the smoke smell out. (even without touching an old parts car)

I love the owners but I went to find a part but they said they didn't have it and I seen three differant totaled cars with part I needed but parts guy was to lazy to get it so he just told me he didn't have one

I was having trouble finding a tire rim for my Ford Focus. My grandma told me to call BiRite, said they have been helping our family find parts for years. This gentleman took the time to make sure I was asking for the right one, steel or aluminum, he stayed on the phone with me all the way to my car and had me give the tire information and then what color the rim was. Well, there was the issue, it's steel not aluminum. No wonder I had trouble. Thanks for saving the day! To the gentleman, whom answered the phone and helped me out, I would like to say thank you for having patience and outsanding people skills.

Rude as you can get in person. Nice on the phone. Walked out and didn’t even tell them I was the same guy on the phone. Prices are fair
