Never had a bad experience here. I don’t know what all these other reviews are about. There’s some forgiatos for sale there last I checked for a real decent price if I only my bolt pattern matched

Needing to replace a bent Subaru wheel, I first called Newville Auto parts, they found the wheel at B&H, Rockford. I called B and H, sent a picture to confirm. Jessie there was helpful and we texted back and forth to get the details right. Service, price and part all excellent.

Had the parts I wanted, friendly guys, helpful and got his crew working right away to get the door off for me. They do get busy, but always courteous and helpful. Thanks.

Guess the guy on the phone has a perfect memory. He must know everything thing they have in stock at all times without even checking. He is also a psychic and doesn't even need to know the kind of car you have to know they don't have the part. Amazing!

This morning went to this establishment for 1 Coli/Air Sprung and was told that both gromits will come with the spring. They called and told us it was ready and when we got there they only had 1 gromit. They talked to the guy we dealt with earlier this morning and he said no I told them 1.That was the biggest lie ever!!!! Then said you will have to buy another spring if you want another gromit....Nope we good. Too many lies for me

Went in to purchase an A/C compressor that I called in prior to going in to there office. When I get there I instantly feel uncomfortable. I proceeded to ask about the part and the person on the left side of the counter looked it up and …

Bought a $450 engine was told it was running great with no issues, got home and realized the timing chain cover was smashed with a decent sized hole, it costed me over $200 to fix the issue called and basically got told it was my fault and refunded $100. I would not recommend doing business with them. The image attached is poor but there was over a 1 inch hole in the side of the timing chain cover

Counter guys are experienced. Lots of parts already pulled and shelved ready for pickup. Prices are fair. Always one of my go to used parts suppliers.

Easy transaction, let me check the part before paying for it and pricing was lower than other yards in the immediate area too. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
