Best Auto & Used Parts

Do not buy from these scammers, I called and they said they had a part I needed for a specific year, drove 2 hours and waited for them to pull it for 2 extra hours then we found out they were pulling from a 2013 truck (wrong package and part doesn’t fit my car) instead of the 2023 they told us about. They then tried to go to the back to pretend like they are pulling it from a different car in which we couldn’t see, we asked for a picture of the car they said they can’t take pictures, we asked to see it they said no. Then they forcefully(one of the employee snatched the phone from our hands and turned off the call with their boss) gave us a refund with 25% of it missing even though we never got the right part. They will be taken to court, scammers Do not deal with them, buy from somewhere else

This review would be 0 stars if possible. Do business with any other company. We ordered a rear differential for a customers truck through them and it was delivered in absolutely unusable condition. After contacting them they said they would send us a return label and refund us. Two months later and they are now ignoring our calls with no refund or communication. Don't do business with crooks like these.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Lack of professionalism, poor communication. and abusive practices. You must be very careful. Keep all evidence. and take legal action if necessary. You would be 100% right. Don't let them get away with it, go to court if needed.

I do not recommend doing business with these people; do so at your own risk. This place has no commitment to the customer, much less customer service. They simply do not care about your time or your needs. The parts are not properly …

They were so helpful and professional. I really appreciate the friendliness and willingness to listen and answer any questions question I had. I love the way they have suggestions and alternatives for what you need. Definitely recommend.

Staff really knows their stuff. Helped me track down a hard-to-find part for my Infiniti. I highly recommend them for all of your car part needs.

Parts way cheaper than eBay! Owner went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! 100% recommend!
