Great staff and dealership. This is the second Jeep I have purchased at this dealership. They always try to work with you to get the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly and promptly greeted by Gino. His customer service and assistance were above and beyond. Every person who assisted me was so kind, thorough, and professional. Because my need for repairs was sudden and unexpected, I was prepared to have to wait for an appointment; however, thanks to the kind and efficient staff, I was seen immediately. After the diagnostics were run and problem identified, the team was in constant contact-updating often on the status of my vehicle. The entire process from beginning to end was 10/10 and I will use Beaman for all my future Jeep needs.

Worst service department ever. 11am appointment, arrived on time for safety recall. Advisor took my info. Truck sat in the entry bay for 45 minutes. Valet took it to a back lot. After another 1 and half hours, the advisor at my request and …

Took way too long for an oil change and recall on tailgate. Got there a little after 9 and they finished 3+ hours later. Their new construction is not as efficient as the old way. I drove through to the front of the line with no one in line. I waited to be greeted and 15 minutes later I went inside. Maybe I was supposed to have gone inside and I just didn’t know any better. Anyway, once inside I went to the first desk and was told “get one of the other guys to help you”. No one else was at the other 3 or 4 stations. Finally, another soul came through and asked if the first person had waited on me and I told them he said to get one of you other guys to help me. He took my keys and asked if I was waiting and with a yes, he ushered me to the waiting area. After 3 hours I went onto the floor where the young man was working hard on my truck. When pulled around, I had to ask for someone to check me out. After being checked out, I was sandwiched in and had to wait another 25 minutes to leave. I got away at 1:20. Like I said, new addition not as good as the old way. It is a replica of another competitor dealership and theirs lack fluency also.

This place is CLUELESS!! I ordered a replacement drawer for my wife's console in her 2016 Dodge Caravan in the first week of November. They called me and told me the part was in. When I went for my service appointment, I was there for …

I waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. No one greeted me when I got there. I had to hunt down a service guy. I was not given an estimate when I got there. No one followed up with me while the oil change was going on. At the two hour mark, I had to ask where my jeep was because I had to get my children from school. Were it not for the free water and popcorn, this would've been a zero star review. The entire experience was miserable, and as a new customer they should've been welcoming to me. THEY WERE NOT. I have no intention of going back.

Sadly, I had to click 1 star to post but NEGATIVE five stars wouldn’t suffice. I have never had such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at a dealer in my +14 years of being a Jeep owner. I recently moved to the area and took my vehicle in for an oil …

We used to have the best customer service when going in for with an oil change alone. Your service advisors would know us by name. Know if it was my vehicle or my wife's vehicle. After the vehicle was done, they would come get us. They seemed to to care about the customer and their job. They seemed to take pride in there job. That would give you 5 plus stars. Not anymore, if it would allow me not to give any stars, there would zero stars. Now, the customer service sucks. It is to where I cannot even want to give one star. We have waited 20 minutes if not more for someone to move the front vehicle in the bay (the new bay that you drive into that was part of the construction for where you drop off the vehicle). We have had to a couple of times and asked if the front vehicle can be moved because there may be a couple of cars behind us waiting their turn. We went in for an oil change before and ended up getting our oil change for No Charge. The reason is because the service guy got us checked in. After waiting a while, waiting for someone to help us. He did the computer stuff, printed out the paperwork. Not sure what he printed up. We sat in the small waiting area. Other customers came and went. Most of those were there for an oil change. And all but one came in after we did. When we went up to the desk, they were dumbfounded in learning the guy, never took anything back to the back. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes, give or take. We were there way too longer than what we should've been. It seems as if you don't care about the customer either because the waiting area is much smaller now. Where as before, there was plenty of room for multiple customers to sit down and wait. We thought when you were doing the construction, you wasn't going to make the customer waiting area smaller. We have never seem all of those service seats/desks filled. Maybe I don't go in there much, but if they are all filled up, it probably isnt for very long. No one should not have bad customer service. I just wonder how many other customers have had bad experiences. And it seemed as if It seems very time we go for an oil change, there are new people that have been hired. It seems like you are running your people off because you treat them like dirt or the management just don't know how to treat their employees. I'm not sure if it is under new ownership or management. But something changed and the change was not for the better. It was for the worse. If there was another Chrysler Dodge dealer in town, I would go there. The others ( Manchester, Mt. Juliet, & Antioch) are just too far to drive.

I can’t complain. They seemed pretty upfront with the price and the fees and extras. Not a lot of negotiation on a used car. The finance person, Ashley, was easy to work with and again no games. That’s what I like when buying a car!
