I'm a first time customer, and will definitely be back. I bought a rear subframe and two front struts from them today. Dealt with Monica at the front desk....she is the bomb !!!! Great prices, great service. No additude or disrespect. I definitely recommend buying from them !!!!

Sold me a defective part and wouldn't refund my money because it's past two week warranty period. Pitiful customer service and an awful way to conduct business as they just lost hundreds of dollars on all the parts i need for my 07 vehicle. Store credit would have been fine but wouldn't even consider that. Don't waste your time with this scam shop.

I purchased a hood from them and the only time for me to pick it up was a late Friday afternoon at 3 because of work,Coming from Mckinney on a Fri , They stayed late for me to be able get my hood, it was a perfect fit and the same color I needed , This place is Awesome

Ordered part, got message part delivered, went to office to pick up. Office staff state they don’t have a delivery for me and no one signed. Waited several days, then check with others. Nobody signed for a package. I contact shipper and carrier, and get no help and they both point the finger at each other. I again explain the shipping situation to the shipper, so we can start loss procedures. Their last reply to me was: “ It was shipped and signed for. Best Regards “…..wow ??!!

I enquired regarding used part on eBay, fast communication. Later, I bought and picked up the part from their shop. The customer service is awesome. Staff is friendly especially Monica and Cloudia. Thanks guys for the pleasant experience.

It was a great experience. Went in with a weird request, we chatted about why and they knocked 50% off the online price that I was expecting to pay. I didnt even ask for it. Also gave me new ideas for the project.
