Please consider other parts dealers, even if these guys have the best price. They absolutely will not respond to emails or phone calls. You will never make a successful return, and there's a good chance your order will never be processed. If you pay via Paypal, you'll have an authorized charge that you can't cancel, even after a month of your order not being processed. Buyer beware.

I ordered an alarm siren for my 911 online. The price was reasonable compared to other auto parts. After I placed the order, I decided to check reviews on this company and I got terrorized after reading so many negative reviews to the point that I wanted to cancel my order. Since canceling seemed to be a big hassle because it was Sunday and they were closed, I decided to give them the chance. The part I had ordered was correct and arrived earlier than expected. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Autohaus Parts Delivery. I will definitely consider them in the future.

After I ordered my parts I saw the bad reviews and panicked but it was already processed. Happily to my surprise, my parts and delivery were correct and fast! I personally had a great experience and would consider trying them again. I guess it might be a case by case experienc though.

Do not use. Ordered Mercedes springs, & order was canceled after waiting weeks. No response from company after several calls and emails. There are other sites that offer better products and by far exceed the customer service of this circus show.

I ordered a pair of lift cylinders early this month. When it came I just got one cylinder and it was really greased up. I figured I made a mistake and ordered another one. This time product came in a pack of two and the cylinders were not greased up. I asked for a full refund off the first order but have not heard back yet.

I panicked after seeing the reviews here but I had already placed my order. I’m baffled why such poor reviews. I received my order that was packaged nicely and they shipped right away. On top of that I feel I got a great price. Would definitely order parts here again. Thanks!

Mark is the worst. This business is the worst. ZERO communication. They have taken $600 from me and won’t answer emails or phone calls. My credit card company said the said thing- AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
