The whole team at APO are awesome. Alvin at the counter is very knowledgeable and courteous. The prices were good. Scottie in receiving was doing the work for two. Very helpful.

This place is fantastic!! Aluin Martinez, one of the employees, has the best customer service I've seen in a business in a long time. He represents this business really well. At first, I didn't want to buy the part because of the price, but after speaking with him, I felt very confident about purchasing the component. Excellent work, gentlemen!! More employees like him are needed in our company. I give you a five-star rating.

Great prices on replacement parts. Very efficient phone staff...let the lead convo! Had a fender for my 2000 F350 ready for next day pick up at 50%lower than online places

Customer service when it comes to returning parts was a horrible experience. They con't to give me damaged headlight then tried to blame us because of there damaged part . For a $700 headlight and being a business who has spent good money with Apo over the years need better management . I reached out to this customer service number only to be blackballed from purchasing . Instead of addressing the issue they just continued to miss treat us as a business ..... I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Nice facility. Great staff. Good parts and materials. I would have given them 5 stars but they just don't answer the phone. I was looking for a part for a customer and I had to email them to get a response. Which came 2 days later. By then I had started repairing the damaged part.
