We were looking for a drive shaft for my husband’s S10 and managed to find one pretty quickly. Good luck but was mostly impressed by Sam who checked us out. Friendly and helpful. Good place for parts and good customer service.

so here's what you need to know before coming to this location there's really not restrooms per se There is no shade you're going to be out in the elements and it's always going to be hit or miss with what you can find here and just because you found it yesterday doesn't mean you'll find it the next day people come in and out of here it's first come first served they pulled the parts they come and go The good news is you can call ahead and get information The people here are usually bilingual will work with you both in English and Spanish pull up the parts you need we're very friendly and hospitable The trickier part is you need to bring your own tools to get the parts off it's always going to be here or miss the vehicles are lined up by Rose again You're out in elements it's going to be a matter of whatever you can find you could spend all day pull out apart but you better finish by 5:00 p.m. and not 6:00 p.m. and that's where this place loses to stars so the challenge is I've had now not one that two but three different people tell me the horror stories of how they thought they had till 6:00 but really you only have until 5:00 p.m. to finish getting what you need to get out of here and then check out otherwise they will turn you away to part will be gone the next morning and all that hard work you did get that part extracted from the vehicle is gone this place takes cash credit debit card I just just bring cash make it simple and easy to get in and out to sell you a bottle of water on the way out that reasonable $1.50 and you can get up and get going but again I would say keep in mind and pace yourself cuz you're going to be out in the Texas heat elements or Texas rain not forbid depending on your timing The good news is for about 20 bucks I found two parts for my vehicle that was looking for didn't really find parts for another vehicle I was looking for but I found some other things that looked like they could possibly work but I can definitely tell you everything here has been in the elements bring gloves being shades bring cover and expect to compete with a lot of other especially in the time I came Hispanic folk coming in with tools quick and easy especially going after the transmissions and for some tires they have lots of and lots of batteries this place loses another star because you got an additional fee which I think is sort of unnecessary but hey I guess this is how they make their profits cuz I noted buying these vehicles off the scrap yard and off the auctions and then monetizing every little piece constantly rotating the vehicles in and out also very limited parking so keep that in mind based on the video I showed on how to get in and out of here also keep in mind of all the folk here helpful and hospitable they do stick to the line in regards to the time to get checked in and out so know that you're coming in you're open and get to it before somebody else does nothing can be put on reserve nothing can be prepaid for and in the checkout process it can be mayhem

I came in today and had the best help from Cynthia, she guided me all the way which made things easier for me to buy the car parts I was looking for! I’m not very well with cars but with the help of her I learned new things and loved the prices! I would definitely recommend:)

This place is really organized for the amount of chaos and destruction that is represented by all these wrecked vehicles. The staff explained everything clearly and Arturo helped me locate what I was looking for when I was able to on my first pass. If you need a set of tires or random parts you can call ahead and ask if they have your make and model in stock and then they give you a legend that shows you where to go look for it. Pretty cool system. You have to bring your own tools and they can sell you water or Gatorade on site if you didn't bring your own. But it's pretty hot out there so have a plan for hydration.

Best pick-and-pull in Austin! I was able to get a new front bumper for my 2015 prius, after a deer ran out in front of me and damaged my car's front end. Quick, easy and very reasonable prices, too! I couldn't have found a bumper for less than eighty bucks anywhere else, I don't think. Highly reccomend!

Aaron was amainzg help on shoping me how NOT to get lost here. Sam Checked me out and was super friendly and made sure I was taking care of. I drove an hour and a half to get here and will be back again soon. Thanks guys.
