I went looking for an alternator and found a place that is truly a hidden gem. Prices and service was right on the money and not bad on the wallet. If you need a part, call ahead. It may take 20-30 minutes to go pull the part you need. They're very professional. Yet they've not lost that friendly attitude. Tell them that Ken sent you. It won't get you a discount or anything. But it will leave them wondering who I am, lol.

Bought a rear knuckle for my 07 eclipse..was told the owner himself is who took this part of the donor vehicle and I recieved a knuckle with a broken bolt left in it that I obviously couldn’t use without drilling or tapping it out, but what was funny I was told if they had the part there they could get it out? Am I missing something? , you had the part there to begin with and removed the knuckle yourself, snapped the brake line bolt off when removing and sent it out anyways with out even trying to remove it or call and say there was a problem when removing the part! Just lack of care in my opinion..wouldn’t get my business again but heard good things about them and that’s why I went and gave them a shout. Part was reasonably priced and they did ship it to me so no complaints there. Just wish they would look over the parts they pull or whoever pulls before shipping so this doesn’t happen to someone else. 2 **

I had a terrible experience at this place. I Drove two hours for a differential, got home and had it put in and it was even more broken than my original diff. Drove two more hours for another one and it ended being completely broken. So finally I drove two more hours and got a refund. So I wasted $60 of gasoline and $30 of differential fluid that I couldn't reuse after it was in a messed up diff. All the while the service desk people (mainly the blonde lady) had rude dismissive attitudes. I ended up getting a refund at least, and the parts WERE from a third party and not their yard, but with the way they treated me through the whole situation I'm not going here again.
