I got lost trying to find the place. The directions it gives from the map doesn’t take you straight there but it literally stops at the corner by the warehouse. The lady couldn’t even help me. I informed them I was lost along with called about my part earlier that day just to finally find it at closing for them to tell me to pay for it then come back tomorrow. I could have been told that by phone instead of having me wasting my gas and time. Then they threatened to call the cops because I was asking them questions along with why would they give me false information. Then smart ass lady going to ask me what I do for a living which doesn’t have shit to do with what I was just told. She claim she was the only person above them which make it worst. My I do fora living is non of her business nor does it have anything to do with the time the store closed. If I had to be there 30 mins prior to closing to receive my part then I should have been told that instead of having me come and waste gas. Then the fact I called saying I got lost makes it crazier. People now days don’t have any kind of compassion. The part I needed don’t take longer than 5 mins to pull of which is how long it took me to get mines off smh

Terrible place to get Auto Parts!. And if they do have the part you want, they are very expensive!. And for a used Auto Part!. I will never ever go there again!. Waste if time & gas ⛽️ money.

The customer service here was really funny I enjoyed Tony and the Banana guy :D company. When we as customers come to places like this we expect good service and reasonable parts. I got both. Thanks again I’m sure I’ll be back soon lol

Stole 550$ from me after sending a broken engine, they cost me time, more money for another engine, and my job since I had to wait so long for my car to get fixed! DO NOT DO ZELLE PAYMENTS WITH THEM! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, "We don't have a delivery charge.", WHAT DID I PAY FOR THEN! CURRENTLY THEY HAVE THAT TRASH ENGINE AND MY MONEY.

Their workers are very rude, insult their customers by their race. Don't pay attention to anything. Bring out wrong parts and force customers to take them. Refuse to change the part or give back money. I think the customer service needs some orientation or training on what they are suposed to be doing there.
