Absolutely top-tier service. I was in a real bind needing a brake caliper that no one in my town had, and this was the only place that came through. I drove 4 hours to get here, and even though I arrived right at closing time, they waited for me and made sure I got exactly what I needed.

The place has a lot of cars and a lot of recent models that is a fact. But the customer attention sucks, the guy at the front I think he is the owner is rude, and behaves as if he was making you a favor always, be prepared to waste a lot of time, because you have to wait for the part to be found and another more time to be taken apart.

They didn't have what I needed, but pointed me to one of their competitors who did. Andre's will be my first stop with any other vehicle in working on. Absolutely stellar in my book.

Terrible service guy at front desk was very rude. He then tried charging me $60 for a door handle and an adapter. Which I can get on Amazon for $30 and autozone for $40! Not to mention he said that he didn’t have the part I was looking for and I ended up finding it myself🤦🏻♂️ …

The guy gave me a different price over the phone when I had gone in person . Part was overpriced for what it was . The point of going to junkyard is to save money, I would have been better off going to AutoZone and buying new and not dealt with the waiting.

I would give 0 stars if I could, old guy in the front can’t hear nothing to save his life and still manages to be rude to you, no communication and make you wait 1hr just to know if they have your part available, save your time and money and avoid this place

I work for a auto shop and these guys are some of the most unfriendly, and most unprofessional people that I unfortunately have to deal with on a consistent basis. Will say they have parts then when you arrive they aren't there. People who answer the phones don't seem to have a in depth understanding of the parts they sell and often don't know what your asking for if you give them a correct technical term. Would leave 0 stars if I could

At first sales people were very blunt but helpful. Found a great price for what I was looking for, being a female with some knowledge but no tools, it was a plus that the parts were removed from the junk cars for me. Haven't tried the parts hope all goes well they guaranteed it, plus they had a 24 hour return policy but since I can't get a hold of my mechanic till over the weekend, they gave me a little extension. Plus they were very grateful for my business when I was paying.
