I called ahead asking about a drivers window on a f250 . Guy who answered said yes they had a window. I got there in twenty minutes and no windows whatsoever. I mean I only paid three dollars for entry, but still, I drove twenty minutes to get nothing.. that kinda blows.. guy was polite tho. Just wish the employees knew what was on hand ..

I have visited this place couple times already and employees are always very helpful and friendly, they also give you very good price on the parts but make sure you bring all the tools needed to remove parts, I definitely will keep going and buying here. Update. This place shows that close at 5 pm no where says 4:30 pm, it would be very nice if the hours info gets updated so people don't waste a full trip to your business. I showed up at 4:33 pm. to get a part that only has 1 bolt and the row is very close to the office, no more than 6 minutes on going in and out, traveled almost an hour to get told last entry at 4:30 pm no exceptions. I mean, WoW, what happened to your great service, guys? Would like to see some humanity, especially with customers like me who are very constant buying from your business. To the administration, please be nice and update your service hours on google. It's been a great place to go buy so far, please don't ruin the good business image.

I have shopped American pick a part on many occasions since they began. Recently I needed a n alternator. Instead of waiting on one we decided to go thru these guys. The first day it was so hot out we had to leave. We are in our 60s and so we don't handle high 90-100s. So I sent my son to go get it out and he was doing the replacement to my vehicle anyways. He bared the heat got it out bring home and put in my car. It failed to work. I instead chose this time to order one. It was delivered the other one removed taken to test and told it was bad. My son then put the new one in and it worked. So now I had 2 bad alternators the one from the vehicle and the one from the parts place. They have no refund policy but read you could exchange for store credit. So my son and I took one of the alternators back to them. He tells me that it does not have their store markings on it so he cannot take back. I then got to thinking I must have grabbed the wrong one so I told him I'd bring in the other one the following day. Not sure what markings he referred to I see a yellow dot on this one thinking that must be it. I drive all the way back over to have him tell me that he doesn't see any markings on that one either. I said well I only had 2 of them that were bad now one came out of my vehicle that was bad and then the one I got from there at their place that was also bad so one of those alternators was there's!He still told me yes and I remember you guys coming and getting one but I'm sorry without pur our blue markings I cannot refund you. I told him well then you people must have failed to mark it when you gave it to us. Oh no we don't do that we mark them all!oh ok their PEOPLE are perfect and don't make mistakes. Then he proceeds to tell me and show me parts laying there with the blue marks and how it works. He says but sometimes if the parts dirty and greasy it can get wiped off easy with the dirt and grease!!! Oh really well this alternator was full of dirt and grease and so therefore was probably wiped off! Sounds to me they have a very quick and easy no refund policy to not return people's money by using a market that the pen markings come right off easily so therefore you go to return and the markings are gone so therefore they cannot return like they did me. I spent trips back and forth to them, my time ,,gas plus a part that didn't work .No that does NOT make me a happy customer at all and I told him so and I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. My receipt after looking at it did have a big long number on it that must have come off the part he gave me so why didn't he compare the upc or whatever number was on my receipt they should of matched if not the Washable store markings but he didn't even bother to do that in fact he didn't even ask me for the receipt the following day he just looked for blue lettering or numbers. I will not return to the parts place again instead I will use u pull it store from now on!.I gave both places business but now only one will get my business from now on!

Would be minus 5 star if I could been calling for parts I'm looking for 3 time's noone answered but today I got through at 4pm and was asked if I could be placed on a hold sure I got put on hold for 5 minutes and 13 seconds and then the phone hung up on me don't waste your time or money I called before closing they apparently don't want customers so find a better yard who listens to it's customer's as without us they wouldn't be in business

I would give them 5 stars but I don't like that they scan you ID when you go in, seems invasive and could cause issues if that info got into the wrong hands. $2 to go in and look for your parts. when you buy parts I think the prices are reasonable. What else can you say.
