After going in to look to if I can find some parts while I was there the Mananger smelled like alcohol which didn’t seem right to be able to negotiate prices. This could have been prevented to get better prices. My visit was short on the 7th which the manager was rude and made it difficult to deal with.

I just called to ask about rims for a vehicle that I have and the dude quickly told me no and before I could even say thank you I appreciate it, he quickly hung up on me and ended the conversation in half a second. I didn't even get to know the person's name, answered the call extremely quick and said no and ended the call very quick

I just want to thank that crew that helped me with a part that all the other salvage yard told me I had to buy the whole engine harness to get that connector .I went to affordable last stop and Chingo made my day I showed him a photo and he knew what it was and then brought me the connector . I went back a few days later for my other Honda the alternator went out and purchased there .Chingo and his positive attitude goes a long way .I know where to send my friends and family if they need parts ..I saw the other Google reviews and they must have a lot to drink when they got there lol .

Called this locating and asked for a Manager because I had a question about using the facility the guy that answered the phone was rude and was like is that how you talk with people before even asking if there was an issue. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Went to get parts and the Manager was rude and didn’t know how to find anything or how to do his sure wished the German guy was still there he knows what he’s doing and things run smoothly

This place is Great!! They are very reasonable on their prices. They don't gouge you on things. They more you buy the better the price!! The guys there will pull whatever you need. The owner there is very nice. Even when I asked him a question about a Kia Sodona, if a certain part would fit on one that was 4 years older, he was very professional & answered my question politely. Even though I'm a lady, he didn't Roll his Eyes at me or have a Tone In his voice like some other places that do that to ladies!!! Thumbs up to them

Called to ask if they had a part we needed and the guy told us that they only do imports and (that apparently we should’ve known that based on the business title?) and then preceded to hang up on us. Laughably bad customer service.
