Such a pleasure working with the folks at Adams Auto Parts! Not only have they saved me a ton of money by finding quality parts and tires for our family vehicles, but they treat us like family when we come for a visit. You won't be disappointed and nor will your wallet. Thanks Adams!

Went down to pick up a transmission for a customer. They had what I needed and guaranteed that is worked. Got it at a great price and it worked like brand new. They have lots of parts for good prices. I am very satisfied. Only part I don't like is they won't let you go in the parts yard like LQK and search for what you want.
Get flatbed shipping or commercial towing quotes directly matching this yard.

Had a GREAT experience with adams. My son tire blew out on his car. He rode around on the doughnut for months and misplaced his rim somehow. I went to look for two rims for him. I contacted adams and they told me they had one. Due to my work i was not able to make it during business hours. The lady at the desk personally came back to the shop after hours and sold me a rim. After getting home i realized it was the wrong bolt pattern. They told me they would replace it which they did. But again i couldn’t make it during business hours and was only able to make it there around 8pm on a monday! ONCE AGAIN they had a gentleman meet me there at 7:54 pm last night and they also gave me a rim with a good tire on it already at no extra charge! What a company. I tried to tip the guy who came back to work but he refused profusely! I drove a hour here and a hour back. I think i will come here for parts from now on. Great service! Thanks again yall!

Honest review. They do not. I repeat do not treat you like family. What they will do is sale you a part at a decent price. Even though it's never happened to me, you can end up with a part that doesn't work. This is a gamble we all should know we are taking when purchasing used parts. I believe it's normally not done on purpose. They've been the most consistent when it comes to always having the parts I need.

Needed motor for my car. I called several places then called Adams. The lady there told me they had one with 125000 miles and guaranteed me that it was checked out good and that it was a good motor. She said she had never gotten a bad one …

Paid for a part on Saturday Oct 7th. Was told we were next in line to have the part pulled and they would call when it was ready. When they found out that the part wasn't even on the car, there was NO communication from them. They ordered the part from another junk yard without even a call to us. On Monday, we were told that they had to order the part. Tuesday we were told that the part still wasn't there and we could not get a refund. It was Friday when I finally got mad that they had our money and didn't supply the needed part that they offered a refund. Now we have to wait for it to be released back into our bank account. Extremely bad business practices and absolutely no customer communication. Not even an apology.

I just called this company about possibly selling my car. They asked me if I had clean title( which I do) and she told me they would pay me Up to $100. She didn’t ask me make what make, model, condition of the car or nothing about the car. Sounds like they were going to offer me no more than $100 regardless! Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly.
