AAA Used Auto Sales & Parts

Ali at AAA was so helpful and professional. Gave me the exact part that I needed for my car. Highly recommend.

Grate people love their service. Great prices

great man, allowed us in to see a bmw inside, will be back.

Best auto parts store in the world best service very fast. Best prices can’t beat it

They have all the parts that you need and a good customer

Extremly rude and disrespectful to their customers , plus they talk bad behind people ( customers ) as soon as they leave

Bought a spindle from em and i told him multiple times to please make sure the spindle is not damaged. They sent me a spindle and i paid my mechanic to put it on and it turned out more damaged than my original part. After he said that they will send out another replacement spindle. I waited the whole day at my mechanic for it and once it arrived and my mechanic put it on it turned out to be for the wrong side. I called them and the person who answered was very rude and didn’t even apologize. I paid my mechanic 3 TIMES because of ur mistake!!! Very rude, careless and irresponsible!

PURCHASED AN A/C COMPRESSOR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT ON FRIDAY WENT TO GO INSTALL ON THE VEHICLE AND THE COMPRESSOR WOULD NOT ENGAGE WHEN I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THE COMPRESSOR THEY SOLD ME WAS NO GOOD THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN DID NOT EVEN OFFER STORE CREDIT I WORK IN THE SAME LINE OF BUSINESS AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT MY CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. ALSO IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME YOU CAN TELL HOW MUCH PROFESSIONALISM THEY HAVE JUST BY LOOKING AT THEIR RESPONSES TO PEOPLES CONCERNS ON HERE

I have collision shop those guys are awesome they’ll work with you and help you locate your parts very professional on the phone never had an issue thank you so much for the great perspectives of your work with your customers highly recommend

rude on the phone. even with negotiations. Never ordering parts from here again. Responding to your comment. It’s not about $5 i would’ve still got it for that price you gave. You were just rude on the phone hence why I didn’t order it. Do better
