I bought a lemon. On Valentine's Day, 2025. That's right I've had this car for less than a year and I'm sitting in my driveway unable to start it having already put in a $300 battery and I can't go to work. I won't be able to go to work for the foreseeable future because this is the second time this happened and it has already been well established there are serious electrical problems with this car. It is currently November and in September I replaced the battery because the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, I was on my way to a job site, (I work road construction) from Ypsilanti to Monroe. The car started and I was able to bring the car home I didn't think anything of the lights lighting up but I did take it into these people that I bought the car from and they gaslit me telling me the problem from that must be because there's a bunch of sticks in the car in the undercarriage which is completely absurd what does sticks have to do with the entire dashboard lighting up why don't you tell me another lie. So I let them have the car for the day after previously speaking to Michelle or whatever her name is she told me to bring the car in between 10 and 11 and the day I brought the car and she said "oh I forgot you were even coming" but somehow I managed to still have some sort of faith they were going to help me because they are the people who fixed the car when it came through as a salvage title. I paid $120 for a "airbag replacement sensor "and within a week the car died completely and I had to buy a new battery. Now I'm not a car expert but my car expert friend drove out from his house (which is about 45 minutes away ) And told me that the battery that was in it is for a classic car not for cars with computer systems otherwise known as an AGM battery. So I went ahead and bought an AGM battery because that's what this car requires I don't make much money because I just started in construction so it took half my paycheck and now I'm sitting here less than two months later with a dead car. between taking it to those people at the salvage yard to supposedly fix it and now the entire dashboard electrical system has done its car start cycle the entire time I drive everywhere I drive the radio doesn't work the maps don't work nothing connected to the central dashboard system works I can't take calls. So after I finish this review I'm going to cancel my SiriusXM because obviously I can't listen to it in this car because this car doesn't even start it's 6:40 in the morning and I should be on my way to work right now but instead I guess I'll go clean my house cause I've said all I wanna say about this terrible terrible company unless you're an auto mechanic you should not ever consider purchasing a car from these people. If you have an auto mechanic in your life and they are willing to help you through any problems you might have then you could still get a car from them. This is a 2022 Subaru Forrester wilderness edition and from what many people have told me because it looks beautiful on the outside, this is a very good car that should cost about $65,000. But for $19,000 I bought a lemon.

Friends, please DO NOT make the mistake that I did. PLEASE, check the Better Business Bureau before purchase. I did it too late. I don't know how they are getting these high Star Marks with the unethical business they are running. I purchased a used engine from these people for $1,499.00 and moment my certified mechanic installed the engine and started the vehicle, it ran for only about 30 seconds before it started making a loud rattling sound. The mechanic shut off the engine and called me immediately. I filed a compliant with these people but they are making this process very difficult. I have already accepted by the tone on the phone at their claims department that that's money down the drain. They asked for images of the engine installed in the Jeep, I did that. They are saying they need clear pictures. I thought my images were clear. They wanted a video, they got that. They wanted a description of the problem, I sent that. Now they want the technical report. What difference does it make, they have my money and the engine is no good. Please check their "F" rating on the BBB page. Don't say I did not tell you. If its not being sold on Ebay or better still Amazon, I will never purchase a used item ever again. A lot of unethical, heartless people out there in business.

Once again, Sandra came thru for us when we discovered some problems with our "new" 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. I can't thank her enough for her courtesy & kindness in helping resolve the issues!

A&M stands out for their friendly and welcoming staff. Sandra was great to work with and was very helpful by guiding me through the process to get a salvage inspection on my vehicle. She explained the process and timeline, and everything was completed as expected. This was my first time dealing with salvage inspection and I had a hard time just figuring out where to go, but A&M was able to handle the mechanic inspection as well as the state inspection all in one trip.
