A Grade Auto Parts

I ordered a part for a customer right before Thanksgiving, I was told I would have a tracking number,on the Monday, no tracking. I texted with a guy name Kevin, and he assured me that the delay was due to the holiday. It is now 1-26-2026, I still haven't received my merchandise, or heard anything back. I filed a dispute with my bank in December, I'm still waiting on an answer from that. I researched the company and saw good reviews, I guess those were lies, y'all be careful, with these scammers, you never know who they are. 247.00 I paid for an instrument cluster for a 92 Lexus ls400 for my customer Howard!!

Over the past few days I called 5 times, held, went to voice mail. I left 2 messages to call me. I emailed. I still have not received a return call. What kind of business can't even have the courtesy of returning a phone call??

I found this company online as I was hit with a big expense on my Jeep. Dennis was so fast in finding exactly what I needed . It took about a week to get to me (it was a very big heavy part) and there was a little hiccup with the part BUT!!! He came through and made me feel comforted, he understood my feelings, he worked with me and my mechanic via phone, and followed through every step to ensure I got a finished great driving Jeep! We worked with Jacob who was exceptionally helpful at getting us the parts we needed to repair our work vans quickly and efficiently at a much better price than what we would've had to pay at a dealership. The parts were shipped directly to our mechanic within a few days of placing our order and both vans were back on the road in no time and have had no issues in the last 30+ days.

Great auto parts service provider. Honest upfront throughout the entire process. They unfortunately couldn’t locate a respectable part in ideal condition. They were amenable to a complete and total refund. Although it took a bit of time, Dennis worked with me consistently.
