A-Affordable Auto Parts

Very happy with their Service! Charlie attended our call and when we arrived the next day, he remembered us and gave us a amazing service, very professional , made us feel like family!

Whoever is answering the phone needs to take a chill pill. Wants to ge upset and tell me to leave him alone because I mistakenly called twice asking for the same part. Sorry there’s 100 places in Chicago to call for parts, def didnt mean to call you back after the first call.

Fast, accurate, happy etc. and all the positive adjectives known.

I called in about selling my car. The man answered the phone crabby to start with. He asked if I had a title and I said no I lost it. As I was asking him a question? He hung up on me. I personally wouldn't do business with a company like this. Maybe it's time for the crabby man to retire.

Affordable auto parts is the greatest. I live in Chicago I come all the way from Chicago to Juliet to buy my parts. I know they'll have what I need. It's a great place and you'll love it.

Well all I can say is great service for a difficult business! John at A Affordable along with the men working there did whatever they could to help me with what I needed. Keep up the great work! At least you see what you are getting and don't have to try and send it back, or throw it on the shelf because it costs to much to ship back. Thank you A Affordable see you soon.

A Affordable Auto Parts team take the time to do it right in customer service. I needed a add on part for a 8 year old Car. John went out to the yard to check if the add on part I needed was on the (close in year) model they had. Yes and Yes, my trip to pick up the part was worth it. Thank you John for the great follow through.

Picked up a few Miata parts from their lot, they were really helpful and kind. Their prices are reasonable as well, taking into consideration that they take off the parts for you.

Needed 2 fuel lines on a 2006 jeep commander tells me we don't mess with fuel lines. Like why? You couldn't unplug 2 lines and charge me $150? Very unprofessional and unwilling to help someone down and out of a car, all because a hole in muffler

Fair Prices, these guys are friendly too boot. Really helpful in finding the parts you need. I got a 1999 Ford Explorer Axle for my Jeep TJ and they made it so easy to pickup! I wont even mess with the jerks at u-pull it anymore. This yard is really nice!
