4 Wheel Parts

The Plano Texas location 4WP was basically a truly amazing experience for me and my Tacoma OR. I was made to feel important every time I was there. I did two major separate projects about a week apart. Each project was well thought out, and I was given detailed information about both projects before the projects began. I was given options, and I never felt like upselling was a problem at all ever. They took my desires and tweaked them for optimum outcome as professionals should do. They never made me feel inferior due to my lack of knowledge as compared to theirs. They included me with their concerns and gave me the much-needed guidance and then they fulfilled as planned. They were very patient with me in that I am somewhat particular about my truck, and they appeared to have no problem accommodating me and my truck. My truck did stay over a night from an original complete date because they themselves were not satisfied completely with the project at hand. Who does this anymore? Who cares this much anymore? I was more than happy to do this to get the most perfect outcome possible, which it was. I love my truck even more now after the modification projects coupled with who helped me and performed these projects i.e. Cory and Michael. Thank you for your work, attention to detail and service. I do want to mention that every time I did go into the store that all the employees were friendly and helpful. Great overall atmosphere. I will rest awhile then prep for my next continuing project and will 100% return to this location. Thanks, 4WP of Plano Texas!

The guys at 4 Wheel Parts Plano are awesome. I had my 2024 Ram in for a 6 inch lift kit and they did an incredible job. They are very upfront and direct about everything in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Took my f150 to get the front end worked on. Doug and Trevor were great to work with from the time I walked in the door to the time I picked up my truck, they were very helpful, courteous, and communicative. Also, the techs did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend 4Wheel Parts Plano.
